This year, the Altar will be Blessed after the Saturday 4 pm Vigil on March 13th, 2010.

The Altar, a work of art and devotion created by the faithful of several church parishes, will be open to the public for viewing as well as having served meatless meals, Sunday, March 14^th, 2010.

 

A plentiful number of serving tables made for fast service of food to all in attendance.  Please join us!

Food Items and Monetary donations are needed for the products we need to buy when we are preparing the altar.  These items can be brought to St. Joseph hall during work hours: Tuesday—Thursdays, from 10am—2pm.  The Altar needs All-purpose flour, sugar, Crisco, butter and almond flavoring.  For more information please call Olivia at 264-7957.  Thank you!

The men and women of the Saint Joseph Altar Society have begun preparations for the Altar.  The time spent preparing the cookies and other food is a lot of fun and a wonderful opportunity to be active at Saint Anselm.  The group also meets once a month for lunch during the year.  All are welcome to join.
